Notable characteristics: Blossoms open lavender and change to white with deep purple-red flares. Petals are slightly ruffled, thick and smooth and look as if they are made of satin. Excellent grower! Intersectional or “Itoh” hybrid peonies are crosses between tree and herbaceous peonies. Deer resistant.
Hybridizer, year introduced: Roger Anderson, 1986.
Growth habit and size at maturity (10 years old): Symmetrical, flowers held well above the foliage. Grows to 2.5′ tall and 3′ wide.
Flower form and size: Semi-double, 8″ on strong stems.
Flower fragrance: Light and sweet.
Bloom time: Mid-season intersectional peony, blooms in our USDA zone 6a garden in the first or second week of June.
Zone hardiness: Proven in USDA zones 4-9.
Plant size: 4-5 ‘eyes’ or buds with large, proportional roots. This size plant will most likely flower the first spring, though it may need another season to settle into bloom.

Due to multiple entities which include the factory as well as the warehouse, we cannot effectively manage inventory. The stock levels may fluctuate at any time. It is possible that your order may be out of stock once your order has been made.
Our policy is for 30 days. If 30 days have gone without a trace since the purchase however, we're unable to give you a return or exchange.
The item must not be used, and it must be in the original packaging. It should also be returned in its original packaging.
